Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how refund requests are handled for purchases made directly through Creatorrr for Contentorrr and related Services.
1. General policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to treat customers fairly, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. The free 3-day trial does not require payment details, so there is no trial charge to refund.
2. Eligibility windows
- New subscriptions: requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the first purchase may be considered.
- Renewals: requests submitted within 7 calendar days of renewal may be considered.
- One-time purchases: requests submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase may be considered.
3. Factors affecting eligibility
- Evidence of extensive use inconsistent with trial or evaluation.
- Repeated refund requests indicating abusive or fraudulent behavior.
- Violations of our Terms of Use.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms that maintain their own refund policies.
4. Non-refundable items
- Taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees.
- Custom services, consulting, implementation, or enterprise onboarding.
- Charges outside the eligibility window unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
- Email ben@creatorrr.com from the billing email address.
- Include purchase date and invoice or receipt information.
- Allow up to 5 business days for review and response.
6. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. Policy updates
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
